Student Assessment
After completing a course, students independently self-evaluate their competency level using the Master Assessment Rubric.
This self-evaluation is submitted using the Student Assessment Form on this page.
The Faculty Mentor will submit the Faculty Assessment Form.
Degree Program Staff will submit a Master Assessment, which combines the Student & Faculty Assessments, to the Registrar for recording the grade on the Transcript.
