This three-credit Seminar course provides an understanding of the Styles of Leadership and includes a personalized action plan for the Non-Profit Leader. This course is designed to meet the following Learning Outcomes: The student will learn how to communicate, manage, motivate, build teams, solve problems and develop effective self-motivation skills. Credits may be transferred to Northwind Seminary Pathway to Ministry.
